How to analyze a Mahjong Soul / Tenhou replay with three AIs — NAGA, Mortal, and Bigcoach — and compare the results on one screen.
① Get the replay URL → ② Analyze with each AI → ③ Register the result URLs → ④ Compare in the combo review
① Get your replay URL
- Mahjong Soul: open the game from your record and copy the replay’s share URL.
- Tenhou: copy the replay URL (tenhou.net/0/?log=…).
② Add the replay and send it to each AI
- Press “＋ Add replay” on the top page, paste the replay URL, and save.
- Open “Edit” on the saved replay to use the buttons that send it to each AI.
- Mortal (free): Press “🔗 Analyze with Mortal” — the analysis page opens with the URL pre-filled. Be sure to select the “KillerDucky (beta)” UI, run the analysis, and copy the result page URL.
- Bigcoach: Press “🔗 Analyze with Bigcoach” — the replay URL is auto-copied and the site opens. Paste it, analyze with the “Basic UI” style, and copy the result page URL.🎁 New to Bigcoach? - NAGA: For Mahjong Soul replays, register the Mortal result URL first; “🔗 Analyze with NAGA” then auto-copies the Tenhou editor URLs. Paste them into NAGA’s custom game analysis, include “ニシキ (Nishiki)” in the analysis type, run it, and copy the report URL. (Tenhou replays can be pasted into NAGA’s URL analysis directly.)
Tip: the fastest order is Mortal → register its result URL → NAGA / Bigcoach. Mortal alone is enough to open the combo review. NAGA has its own usage terms (points, etc.).
③ Register the result URLs
- Open “Edit”, paste the Mortal / Bigcoach / NAGA result URLs into their fields, and save.
- When the list shows “✅ Set”, you’re ready.
④ Compare in the combo review
Press “Combo review” in the list to see all three AIs on one screen.
- Bars above your hand: each AI’s recommendation (purple = NAGA / green = Mortal / blue = Bigcoach). Positions where the bars disagree are the ones worth studying.
- Table on the right: each AI’s recommendation (%) per candidate discard. The red frame marks the tile you actually discarded.
- Error buttons: jump between your moves that an AI rated low (possible mistakes).
- Summary: match rates for the whole game. The gear (⚙) toggles which AIs are shown.

- Is it free?
This tool is free. Use of each AI service (such as NAGA analysis) is subject to that provider’s terms. - Do I need an account?
Not for this tool. The AI services themselves may require accounts. - Can I use just one AI?
Yes. A Mortal result URL alone is enough to open the combo review; adding NAGA and Bigcoach adds more columns to compare. - Which replays are supported?
Tenhou and Mahjong Soul replay URLs. - Where is my data stored?
Your list is stored only in your browser and never on the server. Use “Export” to back it up and “Import” to restore. - Does it work on phones?
Yes, it works in mobile browsers. Landscape orientation is recommended because the screen is dense. - My result URL isn’t accepted
Only URLs from Mortal’s “KillerDucky (beta)” UI and Bigcoach’s “Basic UI” style are accepted. For NAGA, include “ニシキ (Nishiki)” in the analysis type.
